  Here i am providing some important yoga poses , yoga asanas for healthy mind and healthy Body

                 1 .wheel  pose-

             

method of doing-

1 - Lie on the back and bend the knees.
2 - Keep both hands upwards and keep it a short distance behind the shoulders, this keeps balance.
3- Breathe in and lift the waist and chest backwards
4 - Try to bring hands and feet closer so that the body becomes like a circle.
5 - While resting, loosen the body and rest the waist on the ground, thus do it three to four times.

Benefit-

1- Does not allow old age by making the spine flexible
2- Increases vigor and strength in the body
3- breath disease, headache, ophthalmic cervical spondolitis is particularly beneficial
4 - Hand muscles strengthen the muscles
5 - Activates the lever


                2. headstand-

                     

Yoga to prevent untimely loss of hair and getting white and obesity-

Yoga for reducing obesity-


Method of doing-

1- Make a circular pad of dhoti or towel and put the fingers of both hands together and hold the arm on the ground till the elbow and keep the pad under the head.
2- The forehead of the head is on the cushion and the knees are on the ground. Now balance the body weight on the neck and elbows, straighten the legs parallel to the ground.
3 - Now raise one knee above the bend, after that lift the other knee up and bend it.

4 - Now try to elevate the bent knees sequentially, one should not rush in the beginning. Slowly your legs will start to straighten. When the legs go straight, they should mix with each other and keep leaning forward slightly, otherwise there is a fear of falling backwards.
5 - Eyes closed, breathing speed is normal.
6 - Bring back the former position in the order from which the feet were raised.
    After shakhasana, do the shavasana or stand up, so that the flow of blood which was towards the brain becomes normal. This posture can be started from 5 to 10 minutes and can be done for half an hour. In normal condition, it is sufficient to do this for 5 to 10 minutes.

 Benefits-

 1 - This posture is the king of all postures. This gives pure blood to the brain. Eyes, ears, nose etc. remain healthy with this asana. Activates the brain by healing the pituitary and pineal gland. It also develops memory.
2 - Cures hysteria, hernia, constipation etc.
3- Thyroid Gland removes both active debility and obesity. Due to the irregularity of the action of thyroid, we become more lean or more fat.
4- Irregular hair loss and hair white, both removes problems.

Yoga for harmonizing voice and for earache and clear pronunciation -

Method of doing-

1 - If possible, face the sun and sit in Vajrasana and keep the knees slightly open. Keep the fingers of the hands backward and keep them straight between the legs.
2- Fill in the breath and take out the tongue. Looking at the front, do the linga as you exit the breath. This action should be done 3-4 times.
3- After the throne, massage the throat with a light hand leaving saliva from the throat, it does not cause sore throat.


Benefit -

1- Useful in tonsils, thyroid and other throat diseases.
2- It is beneficial in ear diseases and clear pronunciation.


                                     4. Raised titibhasan  

                                

Yoga to protect against urinary disease and diabetes

Method of doing-

1 - First of all, spread your legs forward and sit.
2- Thighs, calves and claws should be joined. Place the palms of both your hands back on the ground.
3 - Put the entire weight of your body on the feet audio and palms. Filling deep inside, lift your body upwards.
4- Keep the vision at the navel. Stop breathing for a while and while exhaling, slowly come back to the first position.

Benefit

1 - Get rid of urinary diseases.
2 - Diabetes is not a disease.
